Hi, I’m Gerald Vallejos — a passionate back-end developer with experience in IT Systems based in Costa Rica, trained in Software Development at Fox Valley Technical College in Wisconsin. I specialize in building scalable and maintainable server-side solutions using .NET Core, C#, and T-SQL — from developing RESTful APIs to designing optimized database architectures. Developed the real-time backend using ASP.NET Core and SignalR to support multiplayer functionality for a 2D billiards game demo in Unity. Implemented Web APIs, Unit Testing, Entity framework Code First for the Database, dependency injection, and real-time communication logic.
